Hey guys :3 Being a pretty in depth gamer and about to start doing gaming reviews on my YouTube channel, I have seen a few discussions regarding gaming and consoles on the boards, and some people showing great interest in gaming. (GSK is an obvious one. Nice stats by the way ) So I thought I may be the one to draw first blood and ask the question that you ARE going to hear for a very, very long time.
What is the best next Generation Console?
So please share your thoughts on what the best console is, why it is better and what one(s) are you going to buy? Oh and for the love of the flying spaghetti monster, keep it below the belt and keep it civilized! I don't want to see an all out flamewar!! -Kimarough

For me, I like the PS4 for a few reasons. PS plus gives you more than XBL gold, the technology in the PS4 is better than Xbox one's, and Microsoft has gone back on things(always online, DRM, etc). The only thing that I don't agree with is having to have PS plus to play online. Even though most free to play games in the PS store don't need Plus, you still need it play paid games.

My stats are relatively low compared to most. I have friends nearing level 20 with thousands of trophies. As far as PS Plus goes, the benefits outweigh the disadvantages. Even though you have to pay to play online with PS4, you get several free games for three different platforms (four if you count the PSP), exclusives, and other freebies. If I had to choose between paying for Xbox Live or PS Plus, I would choose Plus without hesitating for even one millisecond (and I have owned Xbox 360 before). Even better, free to play games and media apps aren't behind Plus' paywall like they are on Xbox Live. That was another factor in me deciding to go with PS4. Not to mention, the PS4 is !@#$ing gorgeous and if you've seen photos of the One and PS4 side by side, it would amaze you how much smaller PS4 is. I heard one website refer to it as Sony taking a step forward and Microsoft taking 359 steps back xD
