www.mirror.co.uk/celebs/latest/2008/10/03/cat-millionaire-115875-20768008/The only reason I would want Meredith replaced as the host of syndicated "Millionaire" would be if Regis returned to hosting duty. Unless Meredith is leaving the show because of her own busy schedule (which is understandable, but very sad news for fans), I really would not want to see her replaced by Cat Deeley. Meredith is a great host that shouldn't be thrown out on a whim. Keep in mind, though, this might be nothing but a rumor. I'm not too sure of the source at this point.

Hey, did you know that while Cat Deeley was hosting the show, a contestant actually proposed to their fiancée on the set? I saw it on YouTube!

Well... any Brit can be annoying. I personally didn't like her as a Millionaire host either, but not because she was British. I simply thought there wasn't as much tension as usual with her hosting it and she was a bit too enthusiastic (but that's just my personal opinion). |

Well, I certanily didn't mean that to come actoss as rude. I don't mind the British accents, it's just that - for lack of a better term - she would just not shut her mouth!
That's what I found to be annoying about her.
