Hi Folks !
After looking on the web for HD Episodes of Shuffle WWTBAM, I found the complete run of Noam Osband, the guy who's reach the $500K question on the 2011/10/4.
And something just have surprised me ! When he was thinking, and say that he probably know that the answer was C:James Cook, after 5-6 sec the answer has been locked-in while he never said "Final" ! Fortunately there's not the sound of Final Answer but you can see the answer been locked and return to normal.
Here's the evidence !

I noticed this when it first aired. Seems kind of funny an answer was locked in before he gave it.

It could've been similar to this type of glitch, since computers aren't perfect. Great find though. Sadly I never saw this episode.
Slight off topic but I could seriously see the Reege have that same sort of look on his face. I'm just a bit surprised that nobody in the studio noticed this unless it only affected what we saw and wasn't seen in the studio.

Oh, I remember seeing this German episode. This was really funny. Günther Jauch's face expression is great, isn't it?

Was this actually aired in the original episode? If so, then how did they get around the computer glitch?

More than likely they went to a commercial break while the corrected the error. I don't know if it's me or not, but it seemed that since Millionaire took on the clock format and then the shuffle format that there weren't as many laughs or jokes as there were in the primetime version or even Meridith's original syndicated version. But that's why I'm saying even though it was a $100,000 question, even if he did notice it, why was there absolutely nothing said or even a bit of a clinch at it? Had I been playing and saw it, I would've had a shocked look at first and said something, but there was nothing so either he was too concentrated at the question at hand or it was something only us as the viewers saw.

I don't know either !Tommy because us in France when they're recording the graphics are embedded on the video shown on the audience screens and and when it's broadcasted the graphics are the same that they used during the recording because one time when I went for a recording with @millichris there were some technical faults not really serious but some => And we found those technical faults when the show was broadcasted so I don't know if they saw it but if they do I really don't know why no one laughed or said to his neighbor : "Looks ! the answer has been locked !" and it's not as if the screen was small on your set in the US !
