A rumor is currently going around the internet that NBC is not too happy about Meredith Veira staying on as host of the syndicated Millionaire show. This comes as no surprise, but seeing as Veira is executive producer of Millionaire I don't see her position in jeopardy. If the contract hasn't forbidden her from Millionaire yet, I don't see it happening anytime soon.

Truly- why should NBC care in the first place?

Well I guess NBC is mad about the feeling of one person, one network. It's so stupid too! Regis came to NBC for America's Got Talent, while still on ABC for Live! every morning! NBC didn't get huffy there, so why should they get huffy here?
