I don't know, if you have already seen this video, but I discovered it today, while surfing on the Internet. It shows a fragment of the Kenya version of "Millionaire". It was one of the few versions, on which I could never find a video.

I have to say that I am positively surprised about this version. I wonder if it was their own studio or if they shot it elsewhere (in my opinion, the set resembles a bit the old set of "Kaun Banega Crorepati...)

It's an accurate version of the show, but they used the UK's intro of the show. And what's weirder is the selection of music that they have. For example, they used the $32,000 question bed, but then used the $2,000 correct answer cue. But if you listen closely, you can hear the $32,000 win cue in the background. I do have to agree with you, the set looks a lot like KBC's.
