Theme music plays. The logo forms itself before a tunnel of clips of the show's most memorable moments.
Frank walks out onto the newly-renovated set to applause from the audience as he takes his seat at the computer. Frank: Thank you everyone... hello and welcome to the brand new Who Wants To Be A Millionaire. How long has it been since we've had the people play this game? A year, maybe two? Well anyway, with a little help from Challenge, we're back and better than ever before. We're bringing back the Millionaire we all grew up with - a few changes here and there, but mostly the same - and more importantly, a million pounds can be won here tonight! Crowd cheersFrank: Yeah, I can see we're ready to go, so let's get right to it. Let's have a big round of applause please for our first contestant... Lachlan Duggan! Lachlan enters and takes his seat opposite the host. Frank: So, you join us with Lachlan, from Victoria, a state in Australia, if I'm correct - so we've obviously got some big plans forming in front of me here. Frank: So... how goes it? You're no doubt eager for this position in the Hot Seat? |

Frank: (cracks a smile) Ok. Let's begin the game. Frank: I'm sure you know the rules, but because we're starting over, we'll go over them right now. Basically, you answer questions worth incrementing amounts of money. When you reach the £1,000 and £32,000 levels, you're guaranteed to leave with at least that much. You have three lifelines, which are 50:50 (where we get rid of two wrong answers), Phone-A-Friend, and Ask-The-Audience. Also at any time, you can Flip the Question and get another one, but it will cost you one lifeline of your choice. And that's about the gist of it - ready to play?
