Hello admins,
I'm writing this post in regards to a game I wish to release on Creativity, specifically regarding the protection of it. I intend to release it in due course as an open beta so people can enjoy it, but also report any bugs they may find however this obviously opens up the possibility of copyright infringement. I have clearly stated that all the graphics used can be distributed (as these were provided by 97thparallel in Creativity with his permission of redistribution) as long as credit is given to the author as formentioned. However, the sounds and the games' .exe cannot be redistributed. My question is this: is there any steps you can take in regard to punishment if this rule is not followed. I acknowledge it may be my game, my responsibility but since I am posting it on this forum, could you punish a person who did not follow said rule provided proof is provided to yourselves?
