Hi everyone, I'm currently working on a Powerpoint game based on the shuffle version in german. The rules and the money tree are exactly like in the original version except all values are in euros. I called this version "Wer wird Millionär - USA Style". Now for some screenshots: The question used for the screenshots is an actual question from the show. Now what do you think about this? I'm looking forward to hear your opinions. - Matt

I like the logo and the graphics, they look quite realistic, but I have a few questions:
1) Can you translate the question into English so we can see what it says? 2) Is there sound in your powerpoint? 3) On screenshot 3, what do those little coloured buttons do? 4) Will it be released sometime in the future?
You clearly have some talent, well done!

Hi millionaireloveruk,
I'm glad you like it. The question is "The Code of Hammurabi conatins the legal priciple "lex talionis", better known as what...? A) An eye for an eye B) Guilty as charged C) Legally insane D) Innocent until proven guilty
There is sound on the powerpoint. Maybe I'll do a video where you can hear the sounds and see the animations.
The little buttons trigger the final answer animation but I think I'm going to get rid of them since you could also trigger the animation by clicking on the answer itself.
I'm not sure if I'm going to release it.

Hi Voronio52, I really like the design of this, it is wonderfully made and you have clearly showed some great skill. I just have a few questions and points to have a think about which I hope you find slightly useful. 1. Are you planning on having animations inside your PowerPoint? - Is yes please be specific. 2. Will you be using the shuffle format music? 3. What was your inspiration in making such an interesting game like this? Is it just for fun or a project? Do you prefer the shuffle format to your country's format? 4. Ask us for help! We are all really friendly, supportive people around the community and would love to hear more about your project. Also if you take a look in the creativity board, you may find some resources that could help you. Studio pictures? Clock format background? More curved question graphics? A logo sticking to the US style? Once again, I want to express that this has shown fantastic commitment, and keep us all updated how your project goes. -Jaden

Hi Jaden, first of all I really appreciate your words. My inspiration for this was that I got bored one day and just started doing a millionaire powerpoint. The first version I started to make was a classic format powerpoint with the season 7 money tree. The second version is this one which I prefer over the classic one. Also when it comes to the TV versions I prefer the shuffle format. Here in austria we have the risk format which gives you an extra lifeline. Howerver you have to forfeit the save haven at question 10. So basically if you choose to take the risk and answer a question wrong you lose up to 299,500 euros (since 300,000 is the value for question 14 and 500 are guranteed). Also I don't really like our host but that's a different story To answer your first 2 questions I created a video to make it a bit easier to explain. You can find the video here: www.youtube.com/watch?v=rlIjYZ0sQSA&feature=youtu.beOnce again thank you and I'll definitely keep you guys updated - Matt

Hi everyone, since holidays in Austria are over and I have to go to work again, my work on the game slowed down a little. But I finally got to round 2. What has changed:- The little colored buttons on the bottom of the screen do no longer exist. - Final answer and question correct/wrong animations are now triggered by clicking on the answer. - The background has been changed to a darker mor realistic blue Known bugs: - The question music does not stop automatically when you lock in an answer. In order to make the music stop you have to click on the answer and then on the background - The title animation and music have to be triggered separately. Are there screenshots of your round 2 question? There is one screenshot: - Matt
