I thought I might make this thread because I wanted to tell you about, well the longest and shortest money trees.
I also bought this up because people when referring to the shortest money tree are using the wrong one.
There obviously is no contest that the longest money tree was 16 Questions long, used by the Australian and Thai version, but the Australian 11 question money tree is NOT the shortest.
the shortest one was used by the Japanese for Super Millionaire, at just 10 Questions long.
here is the Japanese super Millionaire money tree:

I think I was talking to Kimarough a little while ago about Brazil and their money tree, which was about 24 questions long. I've never seen it, so I can't be sure. |

I thought that it was also said that that wasn't actually Millionaire, but another program that was like Millionaire, but I can't remember. Also the original money tree before the 1998 pilot(s) had about 25 questions, if I remember correctly. |

Uhhh.... Show do Milhão has nothing to do with Millionaire and the 24 questions was the REBOOT of Show do Milhão. Brazil only got an official Millionaire in 2014

Incorrect, Brazil money tree at Show do milhao didn't have 24, but 16 Questions as well .

But i cant find an episode with 16 question format of NZ Because the New Zealand version NEVER had a 16 question format, they had a classic format which is 15 questions and 3 lifelines, in fact the "extra question" format was only used in Australia. The snapshot that you've brought to us is from the Australian version since the Nine Network on-screen logo is visible on bottom-right corner. Do some research next time. |

With regards to the short Japanese Money Tree, do we know which set of music and sound cues was eliminated? I would think it would be those used for the first 5 questions. Hope this sort of question isn't a bad bump.
