This week on Millionaire is Whiz Kids week, and an old friend is making a comeback of sorts. Switch the Question is back for this week only as "Cut the Question". I'm thinking STQ should be a permanent lifeline again, but what about you guys?

I think it's interesting having Switch the Question and Jump the Question in the stable together. It makes for some interesting strategy.
Obviously in the early goings, you'd rather use your Switch before of your Jump, so you can try and get the money behind the question. However if you're in Round 2 with both those lifelines, you have to consider the possibility of taking one of those lifelines into the Million Dollar Question. Since Jump is worthless on the final question, you're better off using Jump before Switch at that point.
By the way, this week's Whiz Kids week is a rerun.

Oops... Thanks, kplewisvox. I haven't been watching the show lately, so that explains why I thought it was new.

I don't understand why they just call it Switch the Question having being on older Millionaire for so long.

I guess it's for the kids... But I'm not quite sure.

I guess it's for the kids... But I'm not quite sure. agree the idea is to give an extra lifeline to give the kids latitude but what harms this. Jump the Question, Plus One, Ask the Audience, 50:50, and when the kid reaches Classic Millionaire, hand out a Power Paplu or Switch the Question.
