Hello everyone! For my 100th post, I'd like to show you something. I've just found this two days ago and I guarantee that if you enjoyed playing any of the Millionaire PS2 games, you're going to love this! On a website called sooch.co.uk, I have found some 3D models of the hosts on those games.   Here is Chris Tarrant - from the British version of the game. |

  Here is the host from the German game. Surprisingly, he was not modeled after Günther Jauch, despite that I always refer to him as such. I'd be happy to hear your thoughts on these. (Sorry for triple-posting, but I was limited to a certain number of photos, and triple-posting was just easier for me to do.) |

Too bad they didn't make a 3D model of Regis or Meredith... Because they didn't make a US version for PS2, although I think Millionaire was still on PS1 around that time.

If America did have their own PS2 game, I don't think it would have been made by Eidos Interactive (probably meaning no 3D Regis or Meredith), although that would be pretty cool to see!

Maybe he's modeled after Armin Assinger the host of the Austrian version of "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? (Die Millionenshow)", I think his facial features look similar to that model (I think), and also Austria also speaks German.   |
