I've been trying to find this guy for ages, but I've finally found the clip. His name is Prashant Batar, and he, in 2010, reached the 5 crore question (the last question on the money tree). With a double dip in hand, Prashant went for the answer, refusing to walk away. I'm sure the title of the thread tells you what happens next. Greed is a horrible thing.
On another note, the million dollar wrong answer, the freakish death sound, played, and the atmosphere of the set was completely shocked.
Do you guys think he deserved what he got? Here's the clip.
(The 5 crore question begins around 5:30)

It only showed his first Double Dip answer, and then the host went for commercial. But, in doing research, the man was wrong even after the break. It's weird that the show would play the loss music for the Million dollar question on the first wrong answer of a Double Dip. Normally, it's just a minor sound if they got their first choice wrong.

Yeah, I don't think they had the cue ready for the moment. I'm not complaining, I could have heard that 20 times and still loved it. Using that double dip and losing, takes some amount of poor judgment on his part. Greed didn't do him well.
