I have a question regarding Audience Participants on "Millionaire". When was this added on to the syndicated show? I want to say it was during Shuffle Millionaire but something is hinting at me during Clock Millionaire.

To which leads me to: If the audience participant started in clock millionaire, does the contestant face a clock if so, how much?
