Today, after more than 60 episodes being undefeated champions, the RockCampers have won the progressive jackpot of €1,935,000. Until that point, they have accumulated €391,500, making a grand total of €2,326,500, the biggest prize ever given in Spanish TV history. Plato, the philosopher, was the winning answer. Until today, only two teams have won the jackpot, being all of them rookies who defeated the current champions. Once at €145,000 and another one at €160,000. The fact they were playing "We Are The Champions", I give this show even more credit.
I noticed that this version of boom is played differently than the US version. How exactly is it played? I get that there are 15 questions to be asked but I'm not following what happens at the end when the players got a question wrong.

I get that there are 15 questions to be asked but I'm not following what happens at the end when the players got a question wrong. In the jackpot round, 15 questions are asked and they have 2 minutes to answer all of them correctly. Each question is asked, if they get it right, they move on to the next one. When all 15 questions have been answered, they get another chance to answer correctly all of the previously failed questions without running out of time. If they fail again or time runs out, BOOM!

Wow, that's a good amount of money to show for sixty shows. Good for them! I think I actually prefer this version of Boom to the US version. It's a lot faster-paced, and there's no overly excessive amount of drama.

It's a lot faster-paced, and there's no overly excessive amount of drama. If we talk about accumulated money, the team "Uep!!" had been in the show for 102 episodes and they have been eliminated with more than €500,000 in total. In the qualifier round, the champion gets an average of €5,000-€7,000 if we count the money won in round 1. Monday to Friday at 8 PM (GMT +2) in Antena 3. If you can watch it, good! And if you can handle a 15-minute break at 8:30 PM in every single episode then it's done. xD Today the jackpot was reset to €50,000. They didn't win it today, so tomorrow it will be at €55,000.
