Hi! This is Vinrese Stewart for GBC Productions, and a while back, I decided to re-upload Ultrawave and Segasonic's WWTBAM content WITHOUT permission. After school, I found something on my YouTube channel includes the re-uploads of Segasonic623's WWTBAM videos and UltrawaveStudios's WWTBAM content. My Who Wants to be a Millionaire? re-uploads were removed and taken down for whole COPYRIGHT reasons on YouTube issued by UltrawaveStudios because it's NO longer available. I got striked myself with 2 sanctions, the live stream has been disabled. I liked his WWTBAM videos anyway. I delete my Re-uploads of Segasonic623's videos but anyway. As of August 13th, my channel has been deleted for a lots of whole reasons. Am I SERIOUS? How can I get permission to re-upload these videos on YouTube. My channel will be recovered and because of that, I have subscribed 495 channels per day. As because of my original account since I launched it in 2013 has been blocked for lots of whole reasons on YouTube.
I will upload and create videos on YouTube, because of that. Here's the Google+ banner of Chris Tarrant (from all Who Wants to be a Millionaire? games in 2000 by Eidos Interactive) with the YouTube logo aside of Chris but the Celador logo is on the left. The Bottom of the banner has a Subscribe button but the slogan says in the centre "Subscribe for More "Complete Runs", "Contestants Goes for a Million Compilations", "Fastest Finger Fails" and feel the Dramatic, Excitement and Tension." and has a "Brought to you by" slogan down here that can have the sponsors to their YouTube users.
After the thread is created, you can subscribe me towards my new YouTube Channel, comment on videos and discuss on my channel for more.
All new videos of the playlist starts every Weekend at 11:30 AM (ET/PT) on my YouTube channel.

Re-uploading content when users are still on Youtube, even if they aren't uploading, isn't a good idea. PM them first to ask for permission when wanting to re-upoad their content. I ran into this issue of re-uploading content a few years ago when the US version was doing their behind the scenes videos. Someone of the forum had informed me that they were already uploaded to Youtube after they were uploaded to the website. Thankfully I was able to take them down before I got a strike. I still technically have a couple videos up from receiving graphics of leimeisei from someone else which could technically mean copyright but maybe not today. I suffer from this issue as well as another millionaire intro creator from content re-uploads. It can be very frustrating not receiving credit. Sure, segasonic and Ultrawave have not been making content in a very long time, but as long as the original videos are still up, I suggest creating a playlist on your channel. However, thankfully with old episodes of Millionaire it looks like ITV and 2waytraffic have no immediate issue with uploading the episodes. I do look forward to seeing compilations as you mentioned!

Why did you use my logo without expressing permission?
And as for copyright claim from UltrawaveStudios, you should've asked for permission in the first place. This is a basic form and act of copyright infringement. This is because, you didn't ask permission and that you didn't credit them in the first place (like my logo)
We work hard putting our work together, because we enjoy it, get peoples opinions and share work with everyone else. And it is insulting that we don't get credit by those who use it, even with or without permission.

Hmmm, I don't understand why u're sorry ? I'm sure that you've thinking that this kind of trouble going to happen... You've certainly download wwtbamfangamer's logo in the thread mentionned by @paolo16gula and wwtbamfangamer and the only thing you say is 'sorry' ? My friend, are u joking ? Why you haven't PM wwtbamfangamer to know if you can using his logo on your presentation ? I believe that this isn't too hard to ask... seems it is for you ?... I don't know. By doing this thing, your trustworthy level is falling down, with your chance to get a 'yes' for a future audition... |

And actually I have found more evidence (that is possible against him), his YouTube page is showing a PPT of classic Millionaire graphics from FlaminOne. Also, "Uh, sorry about that" is not a good enough apology at all. This is just a small cheap apology. "Maybe"? That sets alarm bells ringing. There is no maybe. It is a simple yes or no. When you said "Maybe yes" does bring some doubt to your answer. Did FlaminOne said yes for your permission to use his graphics?
