I think there's a language barrier problem here. It doesn't seem like English is this kid's first language. Maybe keep that in mind when replying to him?
Don't get me wrong, though. It doesn't excuse his behavior, but it may be a factor in it.

Guys, don't even bother trying to scold this kid anymore. He clearly doesn't speak English very fluently and he's being a defiant little brat who deserves nothing less than a swift ban. First, he uses osswmi's graphics without permission, and then he uses wwtbamfangamer's logo as well? Many of his actions clearly goes against site rules, and I suggest we should all stop feeding the troll and let the moderators handle this... |

Now, now, guys.
It's pretty obvious there's some sort of communication problems and the kid has no grasp of reality or etiquette but that doesn't mean we need to stoop down to his level. I believe we've gone over this before, but to reiterate, don't go out of your way to make the font bigger and don't waste your time making it red, ALL CAPITALS, and underlined. It's just not worth the energy. Nobody should be screaming.
Use this rule of thumb to make your life easier with these sort of pests in the future: if you or someone else has to say it more than once, it's not worth it.

There was most certainly a language barrier here, but there was also a definite lack of maturity and common sense. His actions here, coupled with his actions on other sites, have led to him being banned.
In the future, please try not to antagonize the troublemaker. There were clearly rules being violated and disciplinary action was always going to be taken. There's no need to keep provoking people, especially if they don't seem to be fully capable of processing what's happening.
