Current set of lifeline icons?

I kind of hate to ask this of anyone but would anyone happen to have any of the current US Millionaire Lifeline icons or a template of at least the oval? I can't seem to get the glossy "bubble" look of them.

The "blanks": Empty, Used, Delayed

"Delayed/Active" Lifelines: (As in, they show up on some game's trees BUT aren't available. In my software, the icons will appear show as greyed out. Whereas say, Super Millionaire, they'll appear on the tree only once unlocked.)


[In order: Jump The Question, Ask 3 of the Audience, Ask One of the Audience, Ask the Audience, Cut the Question, Double Dip, Extra Help, 50:50, Power Paplu, Plus One, Three Wise Men, Crystal Ball, Ask The Expert, Phone-A-Friend.]

Notes: 
* Jump The Question: Cut/Copy/Paste.
* For Ask Three and Ask One, I didn't want to use the gold background like on the Risk Millionaire.). So I took three three men from Ask The Audience, cut one out and used it, labeling them.
* Ask The Audience was a cut/copy/paste job just with the shadow effect being re-applied. (I might go ahead and redo this by boxes and circles later. Just have to learn how to create clip masks.) (So making masks were that hard. I went ahead and updated the images. I think there's a curvature at the top of the body of the Ask The Audience, but at this point I'm REALLY splitting hairs.)
* Cut The Question: Clip art.
* Double Dip, I know it normally uses a font for x2, but wasn't sure of which so I just used Highway Gothic Expanded. 
* Extra Help: This was kind of a fun one to make. I made signpost standing up, then just twisted it sideways by about 8-10 degrees.  
* 50:50. I shrugged at this one too as I'm not sure how it fits with the fonts.
* Power Paplu/Joker. Just found a Jester's and colored it. (I know it's transparent in KBC, but *shrugs* I didn't like how it looked empty. See below.)
* Plus One. I shrugged again. (I got in the ballpark and accepted it.)
* Three Wise Men. (I keep confusing this for Ask the Experts. I have to find something for the Ask the Experts.)
* Crystal Ball (I know this isn't the one from the series, but I kind of hated the starburst one, so I went for plain piece of clip art)
* Ask The Expert (I kind of was torn between a guy wearing a graduation crown or the whole body... I chose A)

And the next two images are my "full" attempt at "Ask The Audience"/Jump The Question from the post-Shuffle era... (I just ended up copy/pasting it from an image found online... Not sure how good it came out.)



Two attempts at the Switch the Question, one using the cut/copy/paste method, one using Photoshop's built in arrows.

With that being said and done, I think I finished the entirety of all 14 icons for lifelines. I'm also uploading the PSD file where I made them and the various versions. Just unhide stuff.... If you use them, etc. etc. etc.

Side note: Anyone know how should I go about saving these before they end up everywhere? Or is imgur the only shot I have.
