(Figured this should get separated from the Project thread while I make the first run at a Host Screen beta.)
So I'm running into a block while trying to make the logos of Millionaire. (I know there are several people with great versions of this done but I didn't want to trouble anyone and would rather ask for help than anything.)
So here's where I'm at with my logo:

Now what I can't figure out is, I have the fonts and everything... but I for the life of me can't figure out how to get these "glitches" to align:
* Why the O in MILLIONAIRE is a bit off base? I have the right font but is it because I have the wrong settings? Or is the font just off.
* The center flair effect is good (enough) but I can't seem to figure out how to do the shine effects. Any Photoshop wizards out there able to help?
* And lastly for anyone who made the logos... Is there a certain trick to making the diamonds? I tried to tilt a square box but I can't get the angle needed.
