Very confident of getting some big money, we have a lot of good amounts, and there was less red opened in that round.

I wouldn't go getting too confident yet, personally. There are still more blues than reds up there, and one bad round could wipe everything out. *Phone rings, Banker music plays, set turns red.* *I walk to the phone and pick it up.* Hello. I'm glad you agree, it is a healthy board. Well, you never know what's on the table. Thank you Banker. *I put phone down, set turns back from red to ambient, pre-offer music plays* He agrees that you've still got a long way to go, but the offer has gone up, to £14,000. *Offer reveal plays, audience applauds* (Imgur's playing up and calling me a robot without letting me do the stupid verification thing. (The cheek of it...) So no graphic, sorry.) There's a lot more than that on the board, and it could be sat here. *Taps Box 14* If you need more time to think, just say, but I'll ask you the question. exambolor. £14,000. Deal or No Deal?

*No Deal sound plays, audience applauds*
So it's a no to fourteen grand. Okay, round number three coming up now, we need 4 boxes to open before the Banker will give us his next offer to buy Box 14 from you. Where will it be?
BOXES REMAINING: 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 9, 10, 17, 19, 20, 23, 25, 26

We would really like to see some low blues this round. If we can get rid of the penny and the 10p, we'll be flying as long as we keep at least the top three reds in play. Box number one is going to start us on that journey. *Seal is broken, lid is opened, drum bang plays* *Audience cheer* See, I told you. That's a great start to this third round. *Swoosh sound plays, £20 disappears from board* Next up is Box 3. We'd really like to hurt the Banker's Power Five. Box Opener: I really hope it's a blue for you! *Seal is broken, box is opened, drum bang plays* *Audience cheer loudly* That's two of the Five gone now, keep this up. *Swoosh sound plays* That board really is looking nice for us now. Another blue here will really put the ball in the Banker's court. We have to avoid any of those big four remaining reds. If Box 6 is a blue, this audience will go completely ecstatic. Open it, please. *Seal is broken, box is opened, drum bang plays* *Audience cry out* That was most certainly not what we needed. *Swoosh sound plays, £75,000 disappears from the board, audience shout words of encouragement.* It's not all bad yet though. The hundred grand and the half million are both still in play. As long as this next box is a blue, we should be okay, the smaller the better. Box 17 is going to finish us off this round, but let's really hope it doesn't further jeopardise this round. *Seal is broken, box is opened, drum bang plays* *Audience remain mostly silent, some applaud.* That isn't bad really, we could have done with a blue, but that was the next best thing. *Swoosh sound plays, most of the audience applaud* Overall, I don't think that board looks too bad. The loss of the seventy five did break up that nice clump of large reds, but we've still got three big ones, backed up by the £15,000 and the £20,000. Getting rid of another two blues, especially the 10p, was really good. If you play on, hopefully we'll have an all blue round. I've been told there's about a 12% chance of the next round being completely blue, and a 6% chance of it being completely red. How badly did taking out the £75,000 feel to you? Has it knocked your confidence at all?

Losing the 75,000 is disappointing. But keeping those big amounts in play is important. So its knocked my confidence, just a bit, but not much.

I think losing a big amount is always going to knock your confidence slightly, as if places a small seed of doubt about what your box really could have in it. *Phone rings, set turns red.* Let's see if the Banker agrees that the £75,000 hurt us. *I pick up the phone* Hello, Banker. Really? Well, I hope that you're right with that. Thank you Banker. *I put the phone down, pre-offer music plays* The Banker says that that was a good round for us, despite losing the £75,000. He's worried that Box 14 contains some life-changing money, so your offer has had to go up to twenty one thousand pounds. *Offer reveal plays, audience cheer loudly* We appear to have him on the ropes here. Is £21,000 enough for you though, or do you think there's more to be won in this game. Remember: your box could still contain less than a fiver. If you need more time to think, or would like some help from your fellow forum members, just ask. But for now, here's the question: exambolor. Twenty one thousand pounds. Deal or No Deal?

Hm. This is a big decision.
There's still a few big amounts left, so I'm going to go for another round, No Deal.

(sorry for the delay) We'd really love an all-blue round now. The more damage we do, the better. Box 19, please let it be a low blue to start us off right. *Seal is broken, box is opened, drum bang plays* *Audience cheer loudly* Now that is a good start. Another of the Banker's Power Five gone is a good thing for us, let's keep it up. *Swoosh sound plays, £1 disappears from board.* Next is Box 20. Anything but one of the big three reds will do now. *Seal is broken, box is opened, drum bang plays* *Audience awws and gasps loudly* That's cancelled out the quid and probably a little more as well. *Swoosh sound plays, £100,000 disappears from board.* What a shame! However, we've still got the £500,000 in play. The penny here would be fantastic, but looking at the board realistically now, Box 23 needs to contain the penny, two pounds or a tenner. The other blues would be good too, but one of those three would probably mean this round was good for us. Please open Box number 23. *Seal is broken, box is opened, drum bang plays* *Audience cheers loudly* That was one of the three we wanted! *Swoosh sound plays* That board is now very interesting indeed. Both the 1p and the £500,000 are still in play, with a 4-4 8 box. Still an awful lot of money up there. Overall, I'd say that that round favoured us more than it did the Banker. Whilst we wait for the Banker's fourth offer, are you pleased with how the game looks at 8-box?

I'm pleased that the half million is still there, but I would hope to stop the trend of losing one big amount each round as well.

We would need to stop that, yes. *Phone rings, set turns red.* *I pick up the phone* Hello? It is certainly an eventful game so far. It won't stop us, no. Thank you. *I put the phone down, pre-offer music plays* The Banker doesn't feel that taking out the £100,000 won't stop you, so he's been forced into the big money territory. Your fourth offer for Box 14 is £40,000. *Offer music plays, audience cheers* Now what will you do, you don't have to answer yet, but exambolor. £40,000. Deal or No Deal? (PLEASE NOTE: The next two rounds have been changed to 3 boxes each in order to save time.)
