Hi all! If you want to know more about my internet life, I run a YouTube channel called avidsonicfan1991, and I was considering using that username for this forum, but I thought that was too unfitting, so what you see is what I came up with...... after thinking about it for days on end.
The first time I have heard of "Who Wants to be a Millionaire" was in May 2002. I had half-vague memories of seeing an episode from the classic Regis Philbin era. And I know it was May 2002 because at the same time, I remember playing a Pop-Tarts on-the-box trivia game based on the first Spider-Man movie.
Then a couple of years afterward, I first heard of the rules when I was trying out an extra on the Lion King 1 1/2 DVD which was a game called "Who Wants to be King of the Jungle" with Timon as the contestent and Meredith Viera as host (this was actually before I found out that she was host of the REAL Millionaire show at the time), and I don't remember which order I have heard of them, but I have also heard of the Disney Parks attraction "Who Wants to be a Millionaire: Play it!". We were at Disney's Hollywood Studios (Back at that time still known as Disney-MGM Studios) around the Summer of 2003, which was the only time we would have had an opportunity to go on the attraction. We didn't go there, but now that I'm a Millionaire fan, I realized in hindsight.......... I really should have, now that it's obviously closed...
I can't remember EXACTLY when or why I became a diehard fan, but the earliest I remember was in late 2009 when the syndicated show was in its second and final season of its clock format. I started making a fan video series (that I only view to myself privately) with the questions from the original Millionaire board game, the set made from props I had, including several Hot Wheels track parts, and the contestants are figures I have of characters, and (just like with segasonic623's YouTube series, which is what actually inspired me to make that series), Sonic the Hedgehog is host because I was (and still am, to a degree) a huge fan of him!
I know this forum has existed four years before I became a fan of the franchise, but I have never heard of it or considered making any accounts until now!
Also, the next post I will make is in "Creativity" where I will discuss a brand new format that I have been
