This will be my thread for the RPG version of Kapamilya, Deal or No Deal, the successful Philippine franchise of the hit series. Before the game can start, I am still waiting for a few things, so this post will be used to explain the rules and format of the game.
BASIC RULES
I'm assuming that everyone knows how Deal or No Deal itself works, but this is my explanation for the specifications in this RPG. The main game will have 20 briefcases containing amounts ranging from P1 to P1,000,000. The round structure will be similar to the show's fifth season: 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, 1, 1, 1. Similar to the Philippine version, the amount inside the contestant's chosen briefcase will not be revealed until the end of the gameplay.
THE BOARD
The board for this game will be as follows:
RPG-SPECIFIC RULES
All people involved in the RPG, including contestants, the Banker, and myself, MUST post all responses within 48 hours of the last post in the thread. Unless I receive any further notice, any breach of this rule may result in expulsion and replacement in the game, although this will usually be the case the second time the incident occurs.
While the contestant is deliberating whether or not to take the Deal from the Banker, they may ask for a poll of other members to be set up to see what they would do. This would last until 24 hours, and the 48-hour posting rule would apply from the time the poll locks.
During this period, any other member not directly involved in the game may post advice for the contestant, but any conversations between members and contestants is encouraged to take place elsewhere from this thread, to avoid clustering this thread.
To save time, the contestant has to make one round's case selection in one post.

Banker - Please apply via PM, as your identity as Banker remains concealed.
Independent Adjudicator - Please apply via PM, and send the random.org generated results.
If there's anything I haven't explained, feel free to ask. If you would like to sign up as a contestant in a subsequent game, please do so in this thread. The Banker must sign up via PM. This game will hopefully start soon, but I'll post when it's ready to begin.
