Well I used to watch television a lot, particularly children's television since I was obviously very young indeed. Barney wasn't one of those shows I watched but I do recall that he is Purple with Green patches. So my final answer is C: Purple.

I have heard from all over the world that the City of Love is Paris, as many couples go there and some get engaged by the end of the trip, so my final answer is C: Paris.
