Hello there. This is an idea I came up with pretty spontaneously. I know I’m not the first person to try this, so I skimmed through the first Greed RPG to get an idea of how I’m going to attempt this. In case you don’t know what this is, Greed was a game show from the turn of the millennium wherein a team of contestants fielded up to eight multiple-choice questions to try to win the top prize of $2,000,000. In order for this to work, I need five of you, preferably six, to volunteer as tributes. (jk... you get the idea) Contestant #1: millionaireloveruk Contestant #2: JCEurovision Contestant #3: ThePaSch Contestant #4: m275abbott Contestant #5: millionarefans3007 Contestant #6: futuregshost Aaaaaand we’re all set! |

*the Greed main theme plays in the background* *the announcer speaks in a booming and somewhat ominous tone* From Los Angeles, it’s (not a shameless attempt to 1-up Millionaire as) the biggest game show in television history, where one person, in one night, could walk away with over $2,000,000. Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to GREED. *the audience applauds and the camera cuts to a wide shot of the set* *the announcer continues* And now, here’s your host... *I barge into the set and interrupt the announcer who sort of reminds me of James Earl Jones* Me! Hello! *I stop in my tracks as I lay my eyes on a couple of confused audience members* Oh... right. I was actually in a hurry to get here because the dressing room lady was being a set of buns. *the audience laughs* Anyway, welcome one and all to the biggest — yes, THE biggest game show in television history. Don’t let any old TV personalities tell you otherwise. *the audience laughs again* As far as I know, this game has only been done once before, and my goodness did the host come up with some nice graphics. *the audience laughs* But now, nearly two years later, here I am attempting to make this into a series that hopefully lasts longer than the original TV show did. I guess we’ll see how that plays out in the long run, but for now let’s meet our first set of contestants... *the announcer reads off the names of each contestant, who then states his/her home location and, if applicable, occupation* millionaireloveruk: United Kingdom; student. JCEurovision: Antipolo City; student. ThePaSch: Germany; computer programmer. m275abbott: Buffalo, New York; Millionaire fan. millionarefans3007: Vietnam; that is all you need to know. *the audience laughs* futuregshost: Las Vegas, Nevada; game show host. Welcome to the show, each of you. Now as you’ll notice right away, right now we have 6. In a moment, we will be down to 5. I’m going to ask you a qualifying question that has a numerical answer from 0 to 999. The five of you who are closest to the correct answer will play for $2,000,000. The one furthest away will be out of the game, but will have a chance to play again in the next game. That said, here comes your qualifying question... Yeah, the question was just a matter of figuring what number squared would come just under 100,000. 300 squared is 90,000, and 320 squared is 102,400, so it had to be just a bit under 320. But besides that, game show host would be a *heh* very interesting venture. But it is a little far-fetched, so right now I'm aiming more for journalism or television production in general.
If I won the two million, I would probably buy a really nice house somewhere, probably in South America near family in Brazil or Argentina.
