Hey everyone! I recently stumbled across some information on what used to be a Who Wants to Be a Millionaire attraction at Disney's Hollywood Studios theme park in Miami, Florida. The game ran from 2001-2006 and was branded "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire – Play it!" It appears to have been a slightly modified version of the Classic Format formpark-goers to play in front of an audience like the actual show! Instead of money prizes, contestants could evidently win Disney and Millionaire souvenirs and even a Disney Cruise Vacation as the Million Dollar prize! I'm just wondering if there is anyone here who had the chance to participate in this attraction or has any more information on it. It seemed to be very interesting by the looks of it! This is the type of attraction I would go to Disney solely to try out, but it's sadly not there anymore. I absolutely LOVED this attraction. I was actually in the Hot Seat twice in the Florida Version and once in the same attraction at Disney's California Adventure. I made it to the 500,000 Point level in Florida. I actually have some pieces of the attraction set in my home now. Including fastest finger console #4 and several keypads that were used for ask the audience. They are needless to say my most prized possessions  . |
