During the run of the 10th Anniversary celebration of Millionaire, we've seen many of the former contestants of WWTBAM back at the show being in the audience to watch other contestants play at the hot seat. One of the biggest examples is Nancy Christy, who appeared at the final episode of the 10th Anniversary celebration and gave Ken Basin the following advice: "You know more than you think you do. Trust yourself."
Another example was Doug Van Gundy, who had won $250,000 back in the classic format of Millionaire. While he watched Nik Bonaddio play at the hot seat, he talked about how the money he had won helped him in his writing and how many more things had happened ever since his win.
There was also the former contestant Robby Roseman, who had lost in one of the first five questions and walked away with nothing.
The question he was asked, however, was the following:
Hannibal crossed the Alps using what animals?
A: Rhinoceri
B: Elephants
C: Llamas
D: Chihuahuas
In the 10th Anniversary celebration, he mentioned how he came back from the show and later discovered pictures of elephants at work. Personally, I believe that he had truly handled the situation very well, since he did not let his loss destroy his own being, but he always remained a cheery and optimistic guy, which can be seen in the way he had addressed the situation.
So, in my opinion, it was quite nice to see them once more at the set of Millionaire to talk about their experiences.
Now, I would like to ask the following questions: Who do you consider to be the most influential former contestant to the 10th Anniversary celebration out of the ones that have returned? And in case they would have been able to return as contestants, who would you have particularly liked to see play at the hot seat?
