If I ever do a Millionaire game, here’s the rundown. 1. 2008 US music with custom Q16 theme based on the 2007 Q16 theme, 2010 US logo but black with blue middle part, 2015 graphics, with blue edges on 2010 lozenges, categories, 2011 UK set for added visual, but with US elements like thinner columns, as well as the video floor. 2. Fastest Finger First. 3. The money tree I haven’t decided yet (it’s hard getting the right money tree while accounting for inflation, but may use the original money tree), but 16 question format will be used for a $5,000,000 top prize 4. Time limits based on an idea of another user here: :30 for 1-5, 1;00 for 6-10, 1:30 for 11-15, and 1:30 on Q16 plus :30 for every lifeline left. 5. Lifelines: Double Dip, Plus One, Ask the Audience, Ask the Host, and Ask the Expert after Q5.

So, 3:30 if you still have all 5 lifelines on Question 16.

Update: I decided it was easier to just go the 12-question route (with the 13th question). I figured it was easier to do a good money tree, that has a good risk-reward ratio and still accounts for inflation, with 12 questions. Time limits: :30 for Q1 and Q2, 1:00 for Q3 to Q7, 1:30 for Q8 to Q12, and 1:30 plus :30 for every remaining lifeline for Q13. $5,000,000 $1,000,000 $500,000 $250,000 $100,000 $50,000 $25,000 $12,500 $5,000 $3,000 $2,000 $1,000 $500 Also, if we do Super Millionaire, we can multiply the money tree by ten. You can also choose the second milestone. Question difficulty will be as balanced as the Polish version, which also uses the 12-question format. Another idea I have is that, as the questions progress, the graphics also get darker, finally culminating in being black. Lastly, the background on the money tree will be the US 2018 background, since it’s one of the few bright spots in that package. Why is ATA the only original lifeline left? Well, I figured Double Dip is stronger than 50:50 since, chances are your initial guess was the correct one all along, and we can’t have both of them. Super Millionaire and the Russian version had that loophole where if you use both on the same question, then only one answer will remain. Plus One because it precludes any remaining possibility of looking up the answer.

If you do Super Millionaire with this tree, just know that contestants will potentially be risking $48,000,000

Exactly. The question would be even harder. That’s what makes it more challenging. The $50,000,000 loss music will be lower pitched.

With the multiplied money tree, losing on the $50,000,000 question would be a fatal heart attack...

Exactly. The question would be even harder. That’s what makes it more challenging. The $50,000,000 loss music will be lower pitched. The questions are already hard enough, some of which could already be valued at $50 mill. The point of a game show is to watch people make money and take risks. Nobody is going to take risks that big on a next-to-impossible question.

Okay, I’m going insane. For Super Millionaire, its question difficulty would be the same as the actual 2004 show.
