Hello!
Allow me to indtroduce myself. My name is Michael and I come from Poland. I’m a huge fan of WWTBAM format, especially Polish Version - "Milionerzy".
---My story---
As a little kid I used to watch Milionerzy with my parents when it was broadcasted on TV. I really loved the program’s climate, the studio and the soundtrack. I even used to sign the opening music in school. I remember playing the Browser Game about Milionerzy back in 2011, I loved it. When the show disappeared I was very sad and disappointed. Years have passed and I totally forgot about it. When I heard that they will be a comeback I was very happy. After the first episodes I was in love with the show again. But I was an “amateur” that only watches one version and doesn’t know nothing about the other versions. At the beginning of 2018, shortly after Maria Romanek's Million zloty winning in Poland, my friend told me that he wanted to do a remake of “Milionerzy” in the internet. I really didn’t know anything about film editing, making graphics and stuff, so my first version was made in PowerPoint and it was a crap. After we ended our show I started to passionate about WWTBAM. I started watching international versions of Millionaire. I really loved the US version with Regis and the UK version with Chris. My knowledge’d begun to grow up, step by step, I met a few people who passionate about WWTBAM and they told me what Rave is, What Classic is etc. I joined forums, Facebooks groups and that’s how I got here.
---Why should I join the Fan Games Sharing Center?---
I joined the site in November 2018, but I watched it before I created the account. I was active for a short while, but at the start of 2019 I had to stop my activity because of the school and important exams. I came back in June and I’ve been really active since that month. I used to sit here everyday, reading old Threads, posting and creating the threads myself. I really wanted to make the Polish version more popular here, because I think it’s one of the best remakes in the world and it’s worth it. Here are few projects that I made about “Milionerzy”:
As I said before, I also watch and love other versions. My main project associated with them are the Host Screens I made in July. It took me very much time to do, but I love making graphics so that wasn't a problem.
Joining to the Fan Games Sharing Center would surely make my knowledge about WWTBAM bigger. I could learn new techniques of film editing and meet new people who passionate about this format as I do. I would share the graphics I’ve got that people may like. The materials from Fan Games Sharing Center could make my future projects look way better than they do. I have my own remake of WWTBAM, but I’m going to talk about that later.
I haven’t broken any rules, I’ve never bumped dead threads, I always wanted to make my posts long and concise to avoid spam. I have more than 80 posts. I’m a thrustworthy person and I know what’s the responsibility of owning these materials.
---My Projects---
When my project I talked about before was shut down, we decided to do another remake of WWTBAM, but it was different from the other remakes. Only members of our facebook groups could take part in it, and the top prize was a Moderator. By doing such a program we wanted to convince anyone of WWTBAM format and show them how good “Milionerzy” is.
Unfortunately my video editing and graphics skill were really bad back then. The program have met with a lot of criticism. Creators of other remakes laughed at us. Despite all of that I’ve been working hard, spending time learning, correcting the mistakes. Each episode was way better than the previous one. We had to finish the program in 2019 because our group has been blocked for no reason. It’s called “Zbanowani Milionerzy” (“Banned Millionaires”) and you can still watch an episode:
Because of our big passion, me and my friend decided to do another program – “Milionerzy NET”. We went back to a normal, Polish rules, but added Ask The Host. We made a simple 3D Studio, that I showed you at the beginning of July, I’ve learned After Effects, my graphics and video editing skills have improved a lot. We did a hard work.
