As Super Millionaire premiered in the U.S. around 2004, it introduced one of the most unique concepts for the show with new lifelines, different music, and a new grand prize of $10,000,000. Unfortunately, it was cancelled very soon after being around for some time. But the impact that it had still remained within the international versions of the show (such as some of the lifelines). So because of this, I'd like to ask you - if there was an opportunity to revive this concept, should it happen internationally? And how should it look like (or rather be different from the original show)?
(Personal thoughts):
DEPENDS!
I believe that it IS possible to be implemented, but considering the differences in budget and the payout, it would probably be best if there were some changes to the format. For example, instead of offering an advanced grand prize in general, it could either be unlocked by a certain requirement (like not using any lifelines until the second threshold amount) or a mode enabling more benefits, but also increasing the difficulty (or suspense) and other aspects that belong to the game.

It would depend on the payout of that countries version of Millionaire. Like some countries of Millionaire, their prizes don't even equate to the full million even in their local currency.
So maybe Super Millionaire could be an actual million in those areas?

India already had introduced it as
"Kaun Banega Maha Crorepati" in 2013
Let's compare the money trees :
10 million. 7 crores 5 million. 5 crores 2.5 million. 3 crores 1 million. 1 crore 500,000. 50,00,000 100,000(m2) 25,00,000 50,000. 12,50,000 30,000. 6,40,000(m2) 20,000. 3,20,000 10,000. 1,60,000 5,000(m1) 80,000 4,000. 40,000(m1) 3,000. 20,000 2,000. 10,000 1,000. 5,000
Lifelines : Ask the audience. Ask the audience Phone a friend. Phone a friend 50:50. 50:50 Flip the question Power paplu Round 3: Three wise men Double dip
Also, like super millionaire has a new Dimension theme, KBC - 7 has a Sapta Kothi Sanduk which means a treasure to 7 Crores, all the questions from 1 crore to 7 Crores are included in it, they only get unlocked one the contestant crosses the second milestone
Another thing is the name, Super was added to millionaire and KBC became KBMC or Kaun Banega Maha crorepati, which also means big I. E quite close to the meaning of the word super
The last change is music, lime sure millionaire used some new music, KBMC also used a new clock sound as well as the new question sound for the r1 completely different
Also KBC had some changes like brand new set and 3 questions of FFF instead of one which Super millionaire didn't have
So I'm thinking as these changes made are deathly close to US version, I can say that KBC 2013 is aired as Super Millionaire in India

Germany already has something like this, they call it the "Zocker-Spezial", in which contestants could win up to 2 million euros. I don't know if something like this could air in France, maybe for one night or by adding a 16th question for 2 million in the money tree for sometimes, or even by removing the second milestone. (like maybe something like this to which we could either put the 2M on 16th question or remove the second milestone: imgur.com/a/gLH2JaX ) I was also thinking about giving the winners a certain amount of money for each lifeline they had not used in case of winning the million. I mean, if you manage to answer the million question without using any lifeline, why not giving you $100,000 per non-used lifeline? Or doing what the US has made, which is turning the top prize into a jackpot that increases on every show without winner.

Maybe base it off of how many lifelines you have going in to the final question. If you have 3 lifelines, the final question is worth $3 million. If you have 2 lifelines left, it's worth $2 million. If you have 1 or 0 lifelines left, it's worth $1 million.

Just opposite of the Australian hot seat version, in Australian version you use the money won in FFF to buy a lifeline and here you can sell it
