KDydko's Audition

Hello, everyone! Sorry to keep you all in suspense, but there was a lot to unpack on this one behind the scenes.

Before we go any further, I want to point out that I strongly dislike intervening in the audition process. I view my and FinalAnswer19's roles in this process as the gatekeepers and nothing more. The collective judge of each audition is the community and it should stay that way. That being said, sometimes we have to intervene when the situation unfolds in such a way that rules don't cleanly apply to the chain of events. This is one of those times.

I have heard from people on both sides of this argument via PM. Ultimately, I have decided that patryk47235's arguments in this thread do not constitute a valid "no" vote. Since members can apply for Fan Games access without being a content creator and Dziben fulfills the minimum requirements for auditioning, patryk47235's point that Dziben's creations are derivative/insufficient do not apply. The argument that Dziben stole content for DoreK was refuted by DoreK himself, so that point is also invalid.

Behind the scenes, patryk47235 provided my translated messages that were sent outside of Millionaire Fans regarding the sharing of files. I can't verify these messages because I don't speak Polish, but I can say that the other participants in these conversations were trusted Fan Games members who all shared very different versions of the events that patryk47235 described. I consider this part of the argument a wash. Either everyone is guilty or nobody really is. It does seem that patryk47235 is a friend of banned member kjablonski215, so I am inclined to believe our vetted members over an associate of an ousted one in a situation like this.

In conclusion, this audition is still valid. Dziben, please take the next step in the audition process as outlined in the rules. As with all audition threads, this one will be locked in a few days unless anyone has anything constructive to add to the discussion.
