I'm not sure where you heard this, but every single one of their summer game show reboots have been renewed into 2020 already, and most of the time they were the primetime ratings winner that night. All the shows have been doing really well so far. Not exactly "crashing and burning right out of the gate". Don't get me wrong, I'd love to see Millionaire come back, but there's not really a place for it on ABC's schedule anymore. If they do perhaps cancel a game show next year, then obviously Millionaire would fit in there, but as of now, it's fine without Millionaire.
