Wow, those celebrity pairings are great! This lineup is a step up from the celebs we got in the last go around. And it’s always great to see Ray Romano back in the Hot Seat! As many have said, the placement of the steps is a delightful throwback. I think that touch gives the US set an edge over the UK set. Just wait till you see Ray and Brads episode…😂😂😂 |

Out of the entire list, i'm waiting for "the addict" Rosie O Donnell to reappear.
Curious if her obsession was kept alive over the years or it did drop

Does anyone know how much the new prime time set cost to build? What happens to it after taping?

Does anyone know how much the new prime time set cost to build? What happens to it after taping? I think it was stated in an interview with Michael Davies that it's a multi-million dollar studio. As for the state of the set after taping, I'm not sure but I think they'll probably disassemble it like the UK version does or store it carefully. |

The day has finally arrived! Millionaire returns to ABC tonight at 8/7c. Time to see what this production team can do outside of the constraints of lockdown. I’m cautiously optimistic for a fun season ahead.

I'm excited. Gonna pop some popcorn and make sure the TV lights are in sync. It's not perfect, but I'm still so happy to see something that I've enjoyed for 25 years still be around, and I'm grateful.

The format change was nothing short of miraculous for the tone of the show. Having the contestants yell casually to their companions over their shoulders wasn’t working, but the dual celebrity contestants brought drama back to the game. The return of the audience was also a game changer, especially for Jimmy who did a great job tonight and felt very natural.
And it was nice to see John Carpenter again!
Shout out also to the set, which is now my favorite of all the current versions and was filmed beautifully. The overhead shot of the floor animation was great!

Some of us in the northeast didn't get to see the end of John and Nick's run and the beginning of Kenan and Kel's run because of news of severe weather, I did find out via millionaire fandom what happened.
