*q8 final answer plays*I don't know if that's a good idea to lose P30,000, but indeed you haven't. You just won P70,000! *q8 correct answer plays, set brightens to purple and quickly followed by q9 lights bed and goes back to dark blue*You now have P70,000 in your bank right now, but you could lose P50,000 if you are unlucky enough to get it wrong. If you get it right, however, you will break into the six-figure territory and win P100,000. However, you're in pretty good shape since you have two lifelines remaining. davidmorse, the very best of luck of you. Take a look at Question number 9 for P100,000. *q9 bed plays(2007)*What color is the circle depicting on the national flag of Bangladesh? A: green B: blue C: yellow D: red

Hmmm... that is a tough one. Let's see. Geography used to be a strong subject for me in school. I remember winning my school's geography bee once. I think I can narrow it down to two. I have a feeling it's either red or green. I'm a little afraid to use the 50:50 in case it leaves me with A and D. Let me think...
I'm trying to picture the flag in my head. A red circle would look ok. A green one, I don't think it would look as good as red. Man oh man... do I use another lifeline?
Well as Ken Basin said in 2009, if you're going for the million, you gotta take risks and save lifelines. I think I'm going to go with my gut and say red. Final answer.

*q9 final answer plays*You could've walked away with P70,000, instead you took the chance and risk losing P50,000 on your answer. You could've used your 50:50 lifeline, that would have narrow things down to two. davidmorse... I'm very sorry but you will save your 50:50 lifeline for later because you won P100,000! *q9 correct answer plays, set brightens to purple and quickly followed by q10 lights bed and goes back to dark blue*I might say that you are absolutely fantastic because you are in the prime position of winning P2,000,000, but there are six more hurdles for you to overcome before I give you the ultimate reward. This next one guarantees you P150,000 AND an additional lifeline which is Switch the Question, but if you play this and get it wrong, you will lose P80,000. You're right, Ken Basin (infamously) said that if you're going for the million, you gotta take risks and save lifelines, but are you willing to pay off that risk? The very best of luck, think it all over because this is for a guaranteed P150,000. *q10 bed plays(2007)*Who played the role as Shylock in the 2004 movie adaptation of Shakespeare's "The Merchant of Venice"? A: Al Pacino B: Robert De Niro C: Robert Duvall D: Jack Nicholson

If you get this one right, you will get P150,000 AND an additional lifeline. However, a wrong answer on this will go all the way back to P20,000 which I would give it to you via money transfer. Or maybe, you could use any of your two remaining lifelines on the table which are 50:50 and Phone-A-Friend.

Okay. *q10 bed stops, Phone-A-Friend standby cue plays*I think it's a good time to call BMG_Games on this question, it can be quite helpful but he might give you an indication of what he said, so friends at Globe, I need to talk to him right now. (rings 3 times before BMG_Games responds) BMG_Games: Hello? jceurovision: BMG_Games, are you there on the line? BMG_Games: Speaking. jceurovision: This is jceurovision calling from Who Wants to Be A Millionaire at APT Studios in Cainta, Rizal. BMG_Games: Good evening, how can I help you? jceurovision: Well, davidmorse is stuck on a movie question and with your help, he would guarantee himself P150,000 AND an additional lifeline which is Switch the Question. BMG_Games: Oh, I'm pretty confident about movies and such but I'll try my best. jceurovision: We have four possible answers here and you have to choose which one of those four you think is the right answer, otherwise your friend would slip him back to P20,000 which is a loss of P80,000. BMG_Games: Can I speak to davidmorse for a while? jceurovision: Sure, but you only have 30 seconds to confer and give your thought about this. BMG_Games: Fine by me, then. jceurovision: Okay, just don't hang up the phone until your little conservation with him is over. davidmorse, BMG_Games is on the line and this is worth P150,000. 30 seconds on the clock, please. Talk it out and think fast, timer starts NOW. *Phone-A-Friend countdown cue plays*

Hey David! Well, that is a tough one indeed.
I’ve seen the film, and I’m absolutely, 100%, no doubt sure it wasn’t Jack Nicholson or Robert De Niro.
But well, you want to know who did play Shylock. My educated guess would be Al Pacino, but I don’t say this with certainty.
Good luck mate! If you win, next round is on you!

BMG_Games said it was Al Pacino, but he has no idea how certain his answer was. He also said that it was neither Jack Nicholson nor Robert De Niro, but davidmorse, the ball's in your court. You could go with him or you could use the 50:50 to narrow things down. Remember that you are putting P80,000 at risk of going all the way back to P20,000.

Well I think I'll take the risk and go with what he said. At least I'll have someone else to blame haha. Al Pacino final answer.

*q10 final answer plays*You're going with your friend anyway on Al Pacino. I have to remind that if you give me the wrong answer here, you would lose P80,000. You've played your second lifeline and you no longer have P100,000. I have to tell you that Jack Nicholson and Robert De Niro are both incorrect, so it narrow things down to Al Pacino and Robert Duvall. davidmorse, I'm sorry but your bank worth P100,000 is gone now... ... instead you just guaranteed yourself P150,000! *32,000 pound correct answer plays, set brightens to purple and quickly followed by q6 lights bed and goes to pitch black*Well, that is absolutely fantastic and you played yourself brilliantly. Now, there are two things that would happen to you now you reached the all-important safe haven. First, I will give you an additional lifeline which is Switch the Question, so you now have two along with the 50:50 left on the table and second, I will press this black button right here, right now, because you no longer walk away with anything less than P150,000. With that... *the host pushes the black button, sending the guaranteed amount in the contestant's bank account*It's already done. Now you have a guaranteed sum of P150,000, well what I meant is virtually have it now, electronic transfer is a bit odd than handing you a physical check worth the same amount of money but they're mostly outdated or so, depending on your perspective, but that doesn't really matter because you now have P150,000 on your way back to New York. davidmorse, we are into serious business. How are you feeling now?

Actually, we are going for P2,000,000, but there are five more steps left for you to take. The next question is just a free shot because even if you're wrong, you will still have P150,000, but this is for a quarter of a million pesos so take your time on this and have a look at Question number 11 out of a possible 15. *q11 bed plays(2007)*In Sir Frederic Leighton's 1895 painting "The Flaming June," the female subject engaged in what activity? A: eating a fine meal B: reading a book C: sleeping on a bench D: painting on an easel
