I am just wondering, what do you guys think about somebody making a new PC game just like the show, music and everything. I think it would be fun and a good idea.

I 100% agree that a pc game is long overdue. It would be really nice, if they do make one, that they make it with the option of having a Fastest Finger round. It would also be nice if the game had a separate mode for playing as the celebrity who gets to answer 1 question for $50,000. The game would need to include music and graphics for it to sell.
Also, I wish they would realize that PC games are better than Mobile Phone games. I know their cheaper to make, but PC games are soooooo much better. That, in my opinion, is why they haven't made more PC games.
Also, didn't they stop making the PC games right around the time the Mobile Phones really started to boom?

I liked Fremantle's approach to Million Dollar Password, coincidentally also hosted by Regis Philbin. They released a cell phone game, an iPhone game, and a PC game all together. The PC game was originally download-only, and it was later released in stores. This system satisfied all types of game players, and gave diehard fans a lot to sink their teeth into. I really think that approach would work well for Millionaire, and I wish the powers-that-be would give the license to a company that could pull this off.

I've been saying for years Millionaire should get a new PC game!

I would love to have a similar software Meredith uses on the show too on my PC.

I would absolutely love to see a new PC version, with the new music, format and clock with Meredith as the host. An updated DVD game would be nice as well!

I agree, I liked the box so much, I ordered it myself!

I think they should because they should stay current.

I believe a new pc game with the season 7/8 graphics, music, and gameplay is definately what they should make. The iPhone game is fun but it's just doesn't have all the elements of millionaire.

There already is one. It came out in Sept or October I believe.

I did hear about that, I believe it's from Ludia. The people from ludia have the right idea, but it never seems like the game is as good as it should be. Press Your Luck, Price is Right, and Family Feud could've been made better, but I shouldn't be talking bad, it's definately worth a try.

It's a decent game, but there's a lot of room for improvement, too.
Incidentally, the Wii version has serious framerate issues at certain points. The PC version runs a lot more smoothly.

So do you believe it's worth buying the PC game for what it's valued at, or not?

Yes, I do. Despite its flaws, it's a fairly good recreation of the clock format. They did a great job emulating the graphics and the gameplay, and the real introduction sequence from the show is used in the game, too. Also, the 3D set is a really nice touch.
