After seeing what some people in this section are doing, I kind of noticed a lack of an all-in-one file so I've gone and created such a thing with several things categorized in groups within a single Photoshop file for the purpose of RPG enhancement. This PSD worksheet is in the classic 4:3 ratio.
Grouped items include:
As listed above, big thanks to 97thparallel for his player info colored background, Gameshowfan1995 for his checks, Jaywalks for the WWTBAM set background, the WWTBAM Wikia for some of the lifeline icons, and Google Images for the confetti, Millionaire background, and light behind the TWM. I've gone back through and redid the lozenges/pentagons myself. I have three sizes of this worksheet; 1440x1080, 960x720, and 800x600, fit to suit whatever your needs may be depending on your hardware.

Photoshop is heavily-recommended for use with these files because of grouped items and effects like color overlay, stroke, and drop shadow.
There are several fonts needed for these files to work completely:

-Coppergate Gothic Bold
-Coppergate Gothic 30AB
-Coppergate Gothic 31AB
-Helvetica CE Narrow

I've added purple to the barrier behind the host/contestant view.
