The logo is very good as is the set (exact replica of the Jimmy Kimmel and Clarkson revivals from the US and the UK respectively). The top prize is absolutely laughable, they'd be better off not doing this at all. For the record, 50,000€ is the same amount of money that you can sometimes get by a phoning a taxed number that gets raffled at the end of a Sunday afternoon's show on another networks. Not worth it at all. That and the fact they brought the Hot Seat version which sucks and was what made it get cancelled for years in Portugal.

They did great job on set and graphic. And Host is amazing

Here are my thoughts:

I liked that the set was almost an exact replica of the UK set- even better than the US copy- although I would have liked to see more animations on the video floor (like during the lights down). However, I have to say that I like this set better than the US one. I think that the addition of the LED ring on the ceiling was a great idea since it matches the tone of the hot seat version really well.

I think they need to work on their graphics. The win strap is too small and the money tree is bad. I don’t see any reason why the Hot Seat version should have a different money tree from the classic money tree. I just don’t like the look of the hot seat money tree in general. However, whoever thought of using the red ring on the video floor as a timer is a genius.

Other than that, I liked that they only had 3 FFF rounds. It doesn’t take up too much time, yet it rewards the person who most deserves it, with an extra 500 euros. In my opinion, I think that having 3 FFF rounds could also be brought over to the classic version.

I didn’t mind that the top prize was small. It was the hot seat version anyway, people aren’t really going to win the top prize. Plus this could at least encourage some people to play more aggressively. And maybe because the payouts aren’t that expensive, it could encourage them to do additional seasons. After all, they already built an expensive set that they can just keep reusing for future seasons.

The intro was kind of weird. I would have preferred if they had made a brand new intro for the hot seat version instead of using the Olga van Brandt intro. But overall, this is miles better than any other version of hot seat I have ever seen. Sure, it would have been better if they just did the classic version, but still, because this is basically like a UK style of the Hot Seat version, I have to give this a 7/10.

Sinon en ce qui concerne l'animatrice (alors juste, j'ai pas vu l'émission en entier mais j'aimerais trop voir si je peux), je la trouve bien pour animer un format comme le "Hot seat". Par ailleurs, c'est une grande fan avant tout de cette émission (format original) car vous tapez le nom de l'émission + le nom de l'animatrice et vous verrez qu'il y a plusieurs vidéos dû à son émission "5 para a meia noite" sur YouTube via la chaîne RTP.

Hopefully the format has a long life in Portugal. Only Australia gave it a long run.
