Ok, so I know Cuba and Dominican Republic are actually independent. Not so sure about Guam, though. Bahamas might be independent, so the only option left is Guam. I'm gonna go for it. Guam, final!

Ok, I only played Mortal Kombat and a bit of Tekken out of all of these. I know for a fact that this tournament is not in MK, because Mortal Kombat is a tournament in itself. I believe Tekken doesn't have that tournament either. I don't know anything about Street Fighter or Capcom vs SNK. Thank goodness i have some lifelines. The most reasonable option would be 50:50 and hoping one of the options that I excluded stays. I'd like to use 50:50, please.

Alright, I hoped MK would remain, but it is what it is. Now, when I reconsider the name of the tournament, I don't think it fits Capcom, I'm heading towards Tekken... and I'm gonna say Tekken, final answer.
