The former Weakest Link presenter in the US and UK has made a return to the small screen I am rather surprised by as the new host of Countdown, replacing Nick Hewer. What are your thoughts? I don't know how she'll do but I shall be watching the next series, most definitely. www.bbc.com/news/entertainment-arts-56069675Shame she's toning down the nastiness though. |

That would be great if she would return as host but unfortunately it's highly unlikely. They got Jane Lynch to do the 2020 U.S. Reboot so I would expect the U.K. version to get a new host as well, but who knows?

They got Jane Lynch to do the 2020 U.S. Reboot so I would expect the U.K. version to get a new host as well, but who knows? The BBC doesn’t plan on doing ‘The Weakest Link’ without Anne Robinson hosting it. They were supposed to do a reboot in 2018, but that idea got scrapped because of the difficulties at the taping of the 2017 ‘Children In Need Special’ |
