If the Three Wise Men lifeline were to be replaced by a brand new lifeline, what should it be. What would it be called and how would it work?

id say just use the switch the question one, that way the contestant can request a new question if they dont have a clue on the first one.

That's what I say, too- switch the question would be ideal.
But if you had to make up a lifeline, what would it be like?

I'd just add it in as a sixth lifeline.

I don't think ABC is generous enough to give out six lifelines.

well this might seem like a lame idea but maybe a lifeline where you can create your own saftey net level, and can make what you have won already a saftey net level, and you can use that when you choose to.

I like that idea robbie- I like it a lot in fact.
How about a lifeline where you are presented with a hint that will help you answer the question.

I don't think ABC is generous enough to give out six lifelines. I think that when Super Millionaire was developed, the original plan was to add the Switch the Question lifeline along with the Three Wise Men & the Double Dip. Obviously that didn't happen. Oh well, I think that the lifelines on Super Millionaire are generous enough.

Well, 6 lifelines wouldn't be too bad.

Well of course, but I don't think ABC would do it.
But yeah, six lifelines would be great, especially if one was the switch the question.

Who knows? Maybe to just get the ratings up.

And maybe to help give away more money (Most they've given away so far is one million).
Because someone has yet to get to one of the last 3 questions.

I think if someone were to get to one of the last three questions, Super Millionaire would have a resurgence or popularity. Think about it: if someone won 2.5 million or higher, ratings on Super Millionaire would soar!

Here's another idea. Albeit farfetched, it's something that could either work or not work. How about a "Skip the Question" lifeline? When a player receives this lifeline, he/she has the abitlity to skip a question, see the answer, and go on to the next question. HOWEVER, the player would NOT receive the dollar amount for that question if they walked away on the very next question.
For example, an $8,000 question comes up and the contestant does not know the answer to it. He can then use his "Skip the Question" lifeline and automatically go on to the $16,000 level. However, if the contestant walked away on the $16,000 question, he would receive $4,000 instead of $8,000, since he did not intentionally earn the $8,000.
What do you guys think?
