This promo article came out regarding the second series of the Milioner revival. Apparently the show was a ratings success despite airing on a cable-only channel that's available to roughly a third of the country's population. The four times a week schedule is also compensated by the fact it airs only in the autumn; during the winter, spring- and summertime it gets replaced by the local versions of The Biggest Loser and Survivor.
As far as the gameplay is concerned, no changes. Same lifelines as last season. I assume they'll be using the Bulgarian studio for at least a season or two more afterwards.
