Uh, I hope I'm allowed to post here.
I've only been here a week, but I've noticed that the forum's 5th anniversary is coming up this week (August 12th, I believe). Maybe it's just me, but I feel some sort of celebration is in order.
What do you guys think, especially RegisFan?

Well first let me say a congratulations to RegisFan! He has created a forum of great community members that all love the same thing, Who Wants to Be a Millionaire! I'm very happy that I am a member of this community!
Also I checked, the first post made on here was on August 11th and his account was made that same day.
As for special events, hmm... I think that we should have a 5th Anniversary Special RPG with RegisFan being the host, starting on August 11th. And we can do what FrankT said, we can do the Super Millionaire version or just an original version. That's just an idea.

Maybe we can do this 5th aniversary special RPG thing and we can premiere the Millionaire's Daily Hot Seat section (plane's interactive game).

I was thinking along the same lines as everybody else. And as for the "Daily Hot Seat" section...
Well, technically, it has already premiered. But, at the very least, I could make a special "themed" question. Y'know, something like what Regis was faced with in the 10th Anniversary edition, except for the site.
I've also been thinking...what about a live feed show? As in, broadcasting live on the internet?

Not a problem...man, I'm just waiting for the 24 hour deadline to end in the Daily Millionaire. And in response to the logo: WOW.  You can pride yourself in knowing that I have no idea how to remotely make something like that. |

It's very good! I am currently trying to design a logo that is a blend between the silver and the blue colors.

The more I think about it, the more I'm interested about this "live show" idea. As I can't broadcast video (...living in a small village makes Internet miserable  ), it wouldn't make for good stuff. Even if I can -and sometimes did- broadcast an audio-only millionaire-like show. But someone else could pick this up. And another issue about a live show, and we all heard about that in the shoutbox yesterday : Some are living in the GMT +2 timezone, some in GMT -6! Is a live show a real good idea? Maybe not that much... |

Well, I don't know how, (skype anyone?) but it'd be a really good idea! But the problem is, indeed, the different time zones that we all live in... it IS different to be celebrating this site's 5th Anniversary Special Live Feed (  ... weird...) at 5 PM or at 3 AM... |

That is very true...we may have to settle with the RPG, then.
When I mentioned broadcasting, I meant on Ustream. I have an application, called Manycams, which records a computer screen and picks up audio with a mic. If watched, the only thing viewers would see would be the computer screen.
