Hello Administration. I was wondering if this would count as a "fan game" for Who Wants to Be A Millionaire:
Currently in the works I'm working on a "fan" version of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire, which will be hosted on my Internet radio station once per week. It's titled, "Who Wants to Be A Mathematic?" (or... if I get suggestion recommendations, I'll instead call it "Who Wants to Be a Mathematician?"). It's like Who Wants to Be a Millionaire, only with math questions.
It's not an EXACT replica of the real game, however I try to make it as close as possible.
The people listening in to the station will call a number, and the first to call in gets to play. There are 15 progressively-harder math questions in all (a few might be picture-based so the contestant may be asked to view a picture of the question in his/her web browser). Answering 5 earns 15 minutes of live broadcasting time, 10: 30, and all 15: 1 hour. There are five lifelines (3 to start, 2 to earn). Don't know how I'm going to do the lifelines yet but I'm sure there will be Ask The Audience, Double-Dip, and Ask The Expert. Don't know what to do about Call a Friend or Switch the Question (suggestions?).
So would this be considered a "fan game" as stated earlier in this post? If so, where do I start on these forums to make known this "game"? I'm a newbie here.
If this is in the wrong topic, you may move it to where you desire. I felt it would be best to place in Administration since I'm asking the hosts of this website this question.

It is a "Fan Game" but I'm unsure of whether it would be one that would grant you access into the Fan Games Section. In my opinion it would be, but we'd have to see examples of it to verify that it is a real game.

I can give the staff an attachment of a Microsoft Word document, that contains the questions and the lifelines.
But the best thing to do is maybe, with Admin approval, get help from this community to complete the segment, and then let the Admin or a staff member actually "play" the game on the radio station when it's ready.

There's a pretty good WWTBAM-imitating application software on Sourceforge which you can find here that really fits all the needs you need. It plays automated sounds and background music, and it's easily customizable! But, anyway, could you please show us a little segment of what you want to do? It's simply for security measures...

Thanks for the link. That's really appreciated!
I can show you if the board allows small mp3 or any form of video file uploads. I will give you a clip from the radio station with a test contestant playing the game. Please let me know if mp3s or video files are allowed, and if so, I'll reply with the mp3 or video file of a test segment.

Once we get that, then in my opinion, it'll become a Fan Game that I will approve of in the Auditions section.

Okay it will be posted in the Auditions section... the mp3.
Also I'm going to call the segment "Who Wants to Be a Mathematician?" instead of "Who Wants to Be A Mathematic?" Because Mathematic isn't a person.
