I have a little suggestion. Why don't we make it so instead of three minutes per question is three minutes per game? That way the format is more nerve-wracking. (I think that if they give you three minutes per question, you can just relax and think more thoroughly...

Me: Well, I know for sure that the RMS Olympic was indeed a well known ship... And, if I recall correctly, our History teacher told us that the Gigantic was renamed Britannic to avoid disasters such as the one that happened to the Titanic... so, I Confirm that 'Gigantic' is My Answer!
