Well, Regisfan, I would change the password, (and I sent you a PM a while ago explaining a few new security measures) because I feel that indeed more and more people sign up here only to access the Fan Games section.
As for you, Chandra, please, stop sending me explanation and/or apology PMs. I don't know if I'm the only one, but, please, if you want to say something, say it out loud, as the Audition is an open process, because I'm starting to become slightly fed up with your "excuse me", "sorry", "I didn't mean to" messages. If only you tried to make software with your own resources, (PowerPoint can become really powerful when making a WWTBAM game) you would be given a general YES. Sorry, mate, but that's the rules here.

I think this is a good way of explaining what PowerPoint can do.. While he doesn't have any work in there, and I don't have the password at all, I think both him and I have the same concerns for the people who have uploaded their work there. If the password was indeed compromised, it needs to be changed as soon as possible. |

If the password was indeed compromised, it needs to be changed as soon as possible. GSK said it perfectly. It is true that I have submitted no work whatsoever to the Fan Games Section. However, seeing these games for the first time and how much work has gone into them, I wouldn't like to see their work fall into the hands of less trustworthy people. Chandra1924, I don't think it's us you need to be apologizing to, I think it's BL that you need to apologize to. The chances of you getting the password don't look to good.

Hi everyone, he has contacted me via PM and I am prepared to clear him on 2 conditions:
a] I get in contact with this friend of his
b] He sends a copy (or just a slide) of WWTBAM-Test Files.pptx - it will be easy enough for me to see the graphics and check the clock, and switch lifeline icon.
My version of the Switch icon had a very small detail added to it that a replica would probably not have, and seeing he claims he remastered that lifeline using PowerPoint, I can see if that small detail is there or not.
Although, I am reasonably confident the lifeline graphics were ripped from a video I posted on October last year - they even have the blue glow I added on.

I put the blue glow on it with power points effects. And the clock, was your's, I didn't know at the time, so i'm terribly sorry about that

Ok, it looks like that his Switch graphic was made by himself, the only problem now to solve is the clock - he has confirmed it is mine, now we just need to find the distributor.

All, I hope this doesn't seem too cocky, as I have been known to be an "Audition Nazi", but let me say something here.
From what I see in this post, Chandra1924 made an honest mistake. I have run into many people who wrongfully (but innocently) thought that my graphics were actually the official graphics from the show, so they simply somehow got a hold of them and used them without my permission. Safe assumption or not, some of our graphics (like BL's) look very convincing, so you can see where the mistake could easily be made.
I have no problem with some of you telling chandra no, however, I believe some of you used a tone that was very unwelcoming and it represents our community poorly. We're all here for one thing after all, to celebrate a great and legendary game show. We shouldn't be "burning" people. He most likely faked his age because the forums won't allow people under 13 to register due to the United States COPPA regulations.
Chandra, unfortunately right now I have to agree with the others and say no for the time being; however, if you contribute to and stay active within this community for the next month or so, my answer will most likely change to a yes.
That is all.
