I thought Millionaire UK was an ITV thing, and I'm pretty sure ITV and BBC aren't the best of friends

I remember an incident where the BBC thought about stopping ITV Britain's Got Talent winners onto appearing on the "Royal Variety Performance", which the BBC televise.
