Hi All! What are your thoughts of the Price is Right? Old, New, Current. Also, if I'm not the only one, if Bob Barker was definately the best host or if Drew Carey is good as well. Leave your thoughts here! Millionairefan28  |

Bob Barker is the best game show host of all time (Yes, I'm sorry, even better than Regis Philbin). Drew Carey started off rough but over time he got less nervous and now he's watchable. I had to stop watching the show this season though because they have some really terrible announcer (Rich Fields left for some reason)

I like this game. I watch the show on Internet and I really prefer Drew Carey because he brings a great rhythm to the game.
Bob Barker was good at the beginning of TPIR but in the last years, he was to old and tooo sloooow: "Thiiiis is youur fiiiiiiirst item up for bids!" (30 seconds to turn ^^).

But you have to remember that Bob Barker's been doing this for a long time. Considering his age and the length of time he was on the show (1972 he started) he definately deserved the retirement. Also considered the wonderful job he's done and the inspiration he put on others to watch the show. It worked for me.

Yes! He has doing a awesome job but I think he should retire before the 35th season.
