Here is the rules of the game:
1. Objective
To answer several multiple choice questions, to win big cash, with the top prize of $5,000,000
2. Questions
Each question will have 4 possible answers; there are a total of 15 questions plus 1 final question, worth $5,000,000. The questions are ordered in increasing difficulty. And each question will have a certain time limit.
3. Time limit
Each question will have a certain time limit. If the contestant locked in an answer, the clock will stop immediately, showing the unused time for that question. Should the contestant answered correctly, the contestant will advance to the next question, and unused time for that question will be banked.
4. Gameplay
The game is played into 4 rounds.
a. First round
In this round, each question will have a 20 seconds time limit. The contestant will advance to round 2 if they have at least 60 seconds of banked time.
b. Second round
In this round, each question will have a 40 seconds time limit. The contestant will advance to round 3 if they have at least 180 seconds of banked time.
c. Third round
In this round, each question will have a 60 seconds time limit. The contestant will advance to final round if they have at least 360 seconds of banked time. For each of the first three rounds, there will be a total of 15 questions.
d. Final round
In this round, there will be only one question, with a time limit of their previously banked time. Should the contestant answered the question correctly, (s)he will win 5 million dollars!
5. Prize
For each 30 seconds the contestant had banked, (s)he will have won some cash, according to the following money tree

| 30 seconds | $500 |
And should the contestant banked 360 seconds, (s)he will be able to have a shot on the $5,000,000 question.
Should a contestant miss on a question, he will drop down to the nearest safe level. There are 3 safe levels, the $1,000, the $25,000, and the $5,000,000
6. Help
Contestant will have 3 helps available through the game:
a. Freeze: If the contestant use this help, it will freeze the clock for that question and only that question, and they will have all the time they need to answer the question.
b. Bypass: If the contestant use this help, it will bypass the question; meaning that the question will be skipped, the remaining time on the clock will not be banked, and the next question from the stack will be given to the player.
c. Double: If the contestant use this help, the clock will stop, and contestant will give one of their answer. If the answer turned out to be right, then their Double lifeline is wasted, and they'll got the answer. If the answer turned out to be wrong, the clock will start again, and in the remaining time the contestant will give their second and final answer. If the contestant failed to give the answer, they will be ruled as answering incorrectly, and hence dropped to the nearest safe level.
7. Walk away
After the contestant answered a question correctly, the contestant will be asked either to continue answering the questions, or to walk away from the show with their winning so far. The contestant cannot walk away during any questions. Should all 15 questions are already asked and the contestant had not banked at least 360 seconds, then (s)he will be forced to walk away.
