Hi all! Been lurking here for a few months, and have recently started posting. I definitely wish I found this site sooner! My name is Kevin Prather. I'm relatively new here, but I have a fairly extensive and well-received history with the Game Show Forum, among other online communities. I'd like to gain access to your Fan Games section as a player, and also as a contributor. In the Creativity section, I have already shared some examples of my work, including custom think music and an edit of the Million Win cue, which matches the one used on the show since Kevin Olmstead's win. In addition, I have a Super Millionaire game control Powerpoint I'd like to share with you. I don't know you well enough. I know it's not a REQUIREMENT, but I would like to see more from you before I can trust you with the password. My answer is, "No" for now. It can change, though.

I know you've contributed a bit with your great Super Millionaire question sets, and you've been here for over 30 days, but unfortunately, as a requirement, you must have at least 20 constructive posts. So, I'll have to say no for now, but that's bound to change later if you do have more posts and/or have a game design (if you are designing one.) You don't have to design a game or even plan to, but have at least 20 posts. Sorry.

I dunno, I've seen his demonstration and it looks great. Since the 20 consecutive posts is waived for those who audition as game contributors - and as a game contributor I'm sure he understands the rules and risks of distributing other people's contributions - I don't see why he shouldn't get the password. He's been a member for quite awhile before auditioning and even waited longer than I did before auditioning. Maybe i'm a bit naive but according to the agreed rules, he deserves a chance. He has a YES from me. And to those who already said no, I honestly think you should change your vote to "on hold" until the ten-day deadline for his audition is complete at which point you could make your final decision. Maybe you might see something in him that could sway you in the near future but he deserves a chance. Anyway, good luck kplewisvox. And by the way, I think your powerpoint demonstration was great. It could use improvement as could any, but it's better than anything I've ever done.  |

Wow, sorry about that. I didn't notice you had your YouTube account there. Your game is really amazing, if you would like to contribute your game to the Fan Games, then I believe that would easily be considered a lift to the 20 posts rule. I'd certainly give you a yes.  |

There are a couple things I like about you.
1. You seem to be a very honest person - I like honest people, we need more of those in society today.
2. In your 13 (simple, but constructive) posts, I feel like you are not just here for the password, steal the work and leave.
3. I like your PowerPoint works you have on YouTube.
Like I said, I know you don't need 20 posts to get the password, but if there are enough constructive and honest posts, people can trust you more - just like me.
I feel like we CAN trust you with the password - unlike a recent bunch of people who have come to get the password and leave - so I am changing my vote to a yes.
Congratulations, now just PM Regisfan in a few days and I'll be looking forward to seeing your work in the fan games section soon!

Thank you guys very much. I look forward to continuing with this community, and sharing my work with you guys.
Incidentally, I've done some revamping of my Millionaire PPT since that video was done. I've spruced up some graphics, and gone with the 12-question set-up, but I'll probably upload both works, in case people prefer the 15-question set-up.
