With the largest population on the Earth, I'm willing to take a guess with ... Mandarin or Portuguese... Lock in on Mandarin.

Right... Let's see here... I don't think Bengali or Portugese would be, and I know Spanish is... To make it a little eaiser for Paul, I will lock in Hindi, please...

I'm thinking Spanish. Not counting Spain there's Latin America, since there are over 600 million people living in that territory. And yet, the majority of Latin America may have Spanish as their native language like Mexico, Argentina and Chile. As for the Portuguese language, it's close IMO because there's Brazil (also a Latin American country) and Portugal. But I think the Spanish is one of the 4 most spoken native languages. Oh, I also forgot the USA. English may have been the most spoken language, there, but there are some states that have Spanish as their secondary (or primary) language as Spanish like California or Texas. I'm picking Spanish.

Mandarin Chinese is obviously ay #1, then there's English, and I think Hindi which is widely spoken in India is also in the top 4, and mentioned before, Spanish should be also on the list. Regardless which of the last two is #3 and #4, I'll keep the answers what they are.

Chuck: OK! For $500,000... let's hope you're right. Is Mandarin a correct answer?
*applause*
Chuck: It is! Mandarin is the language with the highest number of native speakers. Is Spanish a correct answer?
*applause* Chuck: It is! Spanish is the language with the second highest number of native speakers. Is Hindi a correct answer? Chuck: This is interesting... the powers that be have decided that English will be the answer on which you'll make your final decision. I have to do this. I have $50,000 right here, in the studio. Same deal as before. You can hold it. You can count it if you think we're joking. You can smell it. And you can take it... if you don't feel like English is worth $500,000. Or you can go for English in the hopes that it will win the team $500,000. The decision is yours. What's it going to be?

I think I feel pretty confident with English, as I thought English is at #2. I'll take the answer and reject the $50,000 offer. No, thanks.

Chuck: Paul, to stay in the game, I hope you are right. FOR $500,000... IS IT ENGLISH? <suspenseful pause> <suspenseful pause> <suspenseful pause> <suspenseful pause>
*loud and raucous applause* Chuck: You've done it! You guys have just won $500,000! Chuck: Now this next decision is going to be extremely difficult. Lasselehtinen, you have $100,000. Retched, you have $100,000. MillionaireLoverUK, you have $100,000. Paul, you have $210,000. What happens next is still entirely under the control of Paul. The million dollar question has 8 answers, of which 4 are correct. In order to help you with this next decision, I'll give you the category of our next question. The category is... Movies Chuck: So, Paul, do you want to take the cash, or do you feel the need for Greed?

*deep sigh* This is indeed an extremely difficult decision to make since I no-- excuse me, WE as a team no longer have a freebie, used it on a Top 4 languages question. And I don't watch movies very often, but there's a million bucks at stake. Sorry, guys, but it's time for me to go, because even I don't watch 'em very often, despite that Movies are not my specialist topic. I'll take the cash, Final.

Chuck: You're taking the cash? OK. Congratulations! The final standings are:
Paul G.: $210,000 MillionaireLoverUK: $100,000 Retched: $100,000 Lasselehtinen: $100,000 FutureGSHost: $0 (eliminated by Paul G. via Terminator) AusGameShowFan: $0 (eliminated in qualifier)
Chuck: But wait! There's one more thing to do. I almost forgot. At the end of every episode, we have our special Million Dollar Moment. And tonight, that Million Dollar Moment is going to feature AusGameShowFan! I will say up front: we will use the million dollar question you guys WOULD have had if you had gone for it.
Here is how this will work. AusGameShowFan will play one question for one million dollars. It has 8 answers, four of which are correct. If AusGameShowFan gets 3, he'll have the option to walk with $100,000; if he decides not to walk, then that fourth answer could be worth a million dollars. The category is Movies. AusGameShowFan, are you ready?

Chuck: Then for $1,000,000... here is your question! *Q7 Lights down cue* Chuck: I said it was movies... Chuck: AusGameShowFan, as you're the only one attempting this question, I need all four answers from you at the same time. Think about it for a minute, then when you're ready, roll them off.

Avatar and Titanic have got to be 2 of the correct answers. Titanic was at one point (not counting inflation) the highest grossing film of all time. Definitely was overtaken by Avatar (again not counting inflation) Gone with the Wind is my 3rd option because of the massive inflation. Trying to think of a 4th one. Either Star Wars IV or Rocky. I will lock in Star Wars IV please.
