Okay, I get it now, but I just need to know these last two things for my project: 1: why failure is more common in some countries than others, and 2: why there is no room for error; make one mistake and you're out of the game, and you're winnings will be decimated.

Again, I'm sorry if you think negatively of me, but I just want to know why things are the way they are. It is in my nature to question why things are the way they are. I have no intention to annoy people, or to make enemies, or to violate rules on this forum.

Just because you have no intention of doing any of those things, that doesn't mean you aren't. Certainly in the case of annoying people and violating rules, you are. I really do believe you mean well, but you really do just need to let it go now. If people want to answer your questions fine, but as a few others have said now, none of us are under any legal, moral or social obligation to do so.
