Why so much delay on airing already filmed episodes? Many thinks have changed from 2022 till today. Doesn't it cause many questions about current affairs becoming "stale", no longer being valid?For me it would ruin viewing experience.It has happened a couple of times in the greek version where the episodes are airing within 2-3 months after filming.I don't want to imagine how often would it happen if the episodes were filmed last year or 2 years ago. Everything would be super weird.

Everything would be super weird. Because there wasn’t any space on the schedule due to the Rugby World Cup, otherwise they would’ve aired it earlier. |

ITV have announced WWTBAM UK will return, hosted by Jeremy Clarkson for another series.

Applications to apply as a contestant are now open, with the stated periods being:
I find it interesting how the casting period ends before the applications deadline. Could this suggest a subsequent auditions window?
Actual recording dates aren't revealed yet, so those will seemingly be announced later in the year. Based on the previous casting period ( internet archive page), the recordings happened a month after the closing date. This suggests potential for when recordings could take place. After all the doubt whether Jeremy would return as host, it's great to now have confirmation from ITV. |

That’s pretty later in the year, isn’t it? I mean, it’s one thing to spread out, but that’s a lot. They’ve done this in the past, so it’s nothing new really. I reckon we’ll see these new episodes next year in the Fall, unless they end up airing them in the Winter again, but I assume that’d be a very fast turnaround. |

And according to Wikipedia, season 40 will air next year with 16 episodes! Finally, a good length for a season for the first time since S25! Hopefully it will use Olga and Rave music, or at least Olga and Classic music (a la Sri Lanka/Ukraine). |

Millionaire here in the UK has always had a trend of using different graphics compared to the international versions. Hence we have the potion pictures gfx branding and the potion pictures video wall and floor/pillars gfx/curved floor panels gfx. The UK version is the one which started the whole Olga style, as seen from the UK 20th Anniversary promo logo and the blue question gfx and so on. The ones used from 2018 - current is an earlier version of the Olga graphics. The international versions of the show uses the updated versions of those graphics, and I'd love for the UK version to update the on screen gfx to the updated versions of the Olga ones. With everything else keeping the potion pictures gfx branding. Speaking of the tapings, I'm hoping I'll be able to get some VIP tickets so I can have my photo taken on set! I'll also be going to the taping with a good friend of mine and fellow Millionaire fan, James Booker. |

I thought Itv cancelled Millionaire? No, those were only rumours, mostly from online articles. They were taking out of context when ITV said there were "no future commitments" for Clarkson and Millionaire. However, I think this is typical how TV series are allocated, so it was just too early for ITV to publicly commit to a confirmation at the time.
Meanwhile, I see on the casting call page here, the dates have now changed to:
Previously casting was stated to run until October, and the last applications date was November.
As of this post, the audience tickets as jaydenreidtv found currently have days scheduled for 25-28 Nov, with it indicating more to be confirmed soon. Logically I suspect they'd like to get these booked up firstly, before releasing tickets for any subsequent recordings. |

Great news! I just found out that Millionaire returns with Jeremy Clarkson with new episodes starting on Sunday 29th September on ITV!
